Financial Wellness Consultant
Develop and maintain relationships with human resources decision-makers to design custom financial wellness programs for corporate clients, providing employees with advice and services including HSA plans, personal banking, budgeting tools, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  
• Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  
• Manage risk and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  
• Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
  
• Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• University/college degree required, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial wellness, credit, and customer engagement.
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk.
