Job Description:
The Trainer will report to the Lead Instructor and be
responsible for coordinating and executing training programs the
technicians for the electric vehicles. This person ideally has
automotive repair and maintenance technical knowlege and an
interest in transitioning into a corporate training role. Client

for a dedicated Trainer to join our team in Austin, TX.
Description
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs focused
on electric vehicle maitnence and repair
- Conduct both classroom and practical training sessions for
automobile technicians
- Support the Lead Instructor in creating and updating training
materials that reflect the latest industry trends and
technologies.
- Ensure all participants meet company standards for safety and
driver performance.
- Maintain training records and track the progress of
trainees.
- Provide feedback to the Lead Instructor and collaborate on
improving training programs and methodologies.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with fleet management, automotive technologies, or
ride share operations.
- Hands on experience as an automotive technician
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Spanish Speaking preferred Profile
- Experience in adult education or training, preferably with a
focus on safety, operations, or technology.
- Automotive repair or technical knowledge is highly
desirable.
- Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability
to explain complex information clearly.
- A clean driving record for at least 3 years.
