leader, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our
clients as we implement our solutions and change the way the world
banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, print output,
reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to
facilitate the conversion of our clients current output, to FOS
Print and Mail solutions . After assessing all client needs, you
and your team will create workflows --that will guide clients
through the process of converting to FOS Print and Mail solutions,
and coach them through setup and integration.--What you will be
doing:
- Conducting data and current state analysis, product mapping and
client interviews to assess data requirements for print and mail
solutions.
- Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show
exactly how every field will be converted to final printed or
electronic outputs.
- Performing print tests to ensure new, customized software meets
customer specific needs.
- Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure
conversion is proceeding correctly. Training customers on new
systems and procedures.Leadership Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding others, with potential for leadership
of other frontline managers.
- Approving recruitment and termination of employment.
- Developing organizational objectives.
- Reviewing and managing departmental budgets.
- Making critical decisions.
- Developing thorough summary communications that will include
all areas of responsibility, but are most critical in the area of
large client efforts and escalations.
- Overseeing employee performance.
- Cultivating strategic relationships with other managers and
senior leadership.What you will need:
- The ability to translate client requirements to technical
specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups
and internal FIS leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as
excellent human relations, communication, negotiation and
documentation skills.
- A bachelor's in business or a related field or the equivalent
experience.
- Preferred minimum 8 years of leadership experience.
- Preferred minimum 5 years in Print and Mail output and/or

compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is
$117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
