Job SummaryAs a RN Program Manager at CHRISTUS Health, you will be responsible for directing the operation of clinical programs and promoting quality services for the community and patients. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of the community and patients.
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
  • Minimum of five (3) years of healthcare management experience.
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Work EnvironmentThis role is based at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills, a 150-bed hospital serving the fastest growing area of San Antonio. The hospital offers a range of specialized services, including orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women's services, and more.
