Great Clips is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Salon Manager to join their team in Buda. This role involves supporting the Salon Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing exceptional haircut services to clients.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Salon Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service, educating the team on product knowledge, aiding in inventory management, and providing haircut services. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a motivating attitude, top-notch technical skills, flexibility, and a drive to achieve goals.

  Cosmetology and/or barber license is required. The successful candidate will be offered paid ongoing training, PTO, paid holidays, medical-dental-vision insurance, interest-free loans, early pay access, and more. Salary is $26-$42+ an hour, with additional bonuses available.
