Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking an experienced licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead a talented team as an Assistant Salon Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of stylists and barbers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive salon experience
  
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies
  
• Collaborate with salon owners to achieve business objectives
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
