Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a -Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their -Property & Casualty team. -Alera Group was founded in 2017 and has grown to become the 15th largest broker of US business. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. - -As an -Account Manager, the focus of this position is to service a commercial lines book of business. -

• Manage and update policy changes based on client requests
• Prepare and issue endorsements -
• Issue Certificates of Insurance/Evidence of Insurance
• Create and issue insurance ID cards
• Oversee policy renewals and client communications
• Process audits and prepare reports
• Manage policy cancellations and reinstatements
• Provide accurate quotes for new and existing policies
• Issue insurance binders
• Process and resolve discrepancies in invoicing
• Interact with clients, producers, and carriers to address needs and resolve issues
• Back-Up Duties: Assist with marketing, remarketing, and claims processing as needed
  
  Must have commercial lines insurance experience (preferably in Texas)Property & Casualty License required -Applied Epic experience is a plus
