Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

The Spa Manager will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director and will be responsible for the oversight of the all Spa functions. This person is responsible for staff development and aligning operations strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotels business objectives.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business relationship skills.
• Minimum of 2 years upper management experience in Spa or a related field.
