Job Description:
Requirements:
--- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in
Jacksonville, FL (required);
--- Experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager (2+
years);
--- Experience with Salesforce, Azure.
Preferred:
--- Experience in the insurance industry
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
--- Work as a part of the project team to successfully implement
the project to analyze, document, develop, test, and deliver the
appropriate Salesforce applications;
--- Analyze, document, develop, test, deliver product, knowledge
transfer, and Organizational Change Management (OCM)
activities;
--- Work with business users and internal teams to conduct analysis
and document requirements for specific Salesforce enhancements or
features.
--- Provide detailed functional technical documentation for each
analyzed requirement.
