Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Endoscopy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in critical care License: RN License Certifications: ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience - Preferably critical care experience - Endoscopy/GI experience, cardiac, and/or pulmonary Job Description: - On-call requirement: Approx. every 3rd weekend and 2-3 nights per week - Work with a team of 4 full-time RNs in a procedural area with 3 endo suites - Utilize Olympus GI/bronch equipment, Boston Scientific, and Evotech reprocessors - Use Meditech EMR system - Perform procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, bronchoscopies, cardioversions, and TEEs - Ideal candidate should be team-oriented, work well under pressure, and exhibit strong critical thinking skills - Flexibility with schedule is essential - Dress code: Ceil blue - Unit has recently acquired EUS and EBUS equipment and is currently performing related procedures Candidates will find an engaging and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
