• Certification Details
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• BLS required
• Certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or one of the AWHONN courses required depending on the time of hire.

    • Job Requirements
    • Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
    • Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
    • Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.

      • Work Schedule: 7PM - 7AM
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Uses critical thinking to assess the needs of patients and families
        • Communicates findings to healthcare team members
        • Develops and modifies plans of care using evidence-based practice
        • Implements patient care and therapeutic procedures
        • Evaluates care and treatment provided
        • Must be able to perform unit-specific competencies
          • Additional Details
          • All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
          • New hires are precepted by a trained staff member.
          • Initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of entry competency validation and Department-specific competency validation.
