Description Are you a compassionate and skilled Nurse looking for a rewarding position in dialysis care? Join our team as a Nurse for Dialysis Care and provide excellent patient care in a supportive healthcare environment. Job Summary and Qualifications As a Nurse for Dialysis Care, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, creating care plans, and delivering and evaluating care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and accurate care delivery. This position is based at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center and St. David's Georgetown Hospital.

• Assess patient condition and report any changes
• Conduct procedures and administer medications
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-management
• Manage a care team and implement evidence-based practices Requirements Experience: 1 year of RN experience required Education: Associate's degree in nursing or clinical field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Registered professional nurse license in the state(s) of practice and BLS certification required.
