  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Report patient response to treatment and changes in condition
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop, and restore function
  • Instruct and inform healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers
  • Visit patients within the service area and submit progress notesRequirements include current Physical Therapy licensure in Texas, CPR certification, and a current driver's license with vehicle insurance.
