Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Waco, Texas. We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice with locations in 48 states, dedicated to helping people live happy, successful lives. Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Texas, living in the state in which they will be practicing. The compensation is up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We are looking for individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week, open to seeing couples and/or children, and interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisors. We offer guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, flexibility with the schedule, no-show protection, and more. Candidates can expect a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days after credentialing.
