      • Day Shift - 1 CNC/CN, 3 RN, 3 LVN, 3 PCT, plus admit/discharge nurse
      • Night Shift - 1 CNC/RN, 3 RN, 3 LVN, 3 PCTs
      • Patient Ratios - 5:1
      • Rotating weekends (3 week shifts per scheduling period), no on-call requirements

        • Unit Guidelines/Policies: CHG bathing for all patients with central lines, midlines, or indwelling foley catheters daily with completion of require bundle audits, 1-2 hour purposeful Safety Rounds, Bedside shift report each shift
