In-house therapy team, smaller daily caseloads with emphasis on
optimizing time with patients, high acuity, and program and
certification support!

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement the Physical Therapy plan of care for
facility residents and short-term patients.
--- Provide supervision, as needed, for staff Physical Therapy
Assistants in delivery of the PT plans of care.
--- Assist as needed with patient screenings for the need for
Physical Therapy.
--- Communicate progress and any barriers toward PT goals with
interdisciplinary team members.
--- Complete timely PT documentation in compliance with regulatory,
licensing, and payor requirements.
--- Assist with maintaining both the rehab gym equipment and
treatment area in a safe manner, using good infection prevention
methods.
--- Provide and document patient, family, and caregiver training
regarding each PT patients specific plan of care and
recommendations for follow up.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
