The Hotel Pastry Cook is a culinary position that includes but is not limited to p reparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards, assisting higher level bakers, and all other duties as assigned by Chef.

  Qualifications:
  
  • Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
