MML is continuously expanding, managing, and owning hotels, such as the Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California currently under development. We also provide F&B consultation for the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets throughout the property. MML owns and operates all its properties and only takes on projects that align with our vision and values.
What we are looking for:MML Hospitality is seeking a PM Head Baker. We look forward to working with you to elevate and sustain the level of food quality, service, and professionalism in our kitchens and operations. This will be a dynamic position that requires meticulous time management, inspired baking, speed, creativity, mentorship, and organization.
What we are looking for:

• Oversee all bread production for wholesale and events
• Manage inventory and order responsibly to control cost
• Write weekly schedules that coincide with financial projections and labor goals
• Foster a positive work environment and continue to grow, build, and motivate the team
• Work with pastry and savory chefs to create new menu items that are relevant to the MML brand.Requirements:
  • Five years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering
  • At least 3 years of previous high-level experience in a well-established restaurant
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience considered
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • This is an evening and overnight position. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
