The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving g uest complaints, general office duties, etc.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line, multitasking skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends and evenings.
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill.
• Must be fluent in English and Pashto.
• Previous experience using HotSOS, Opera, and Colleague Advantage is preferred.
