Job Description:

Oversee the timely and efficient collection of waste, recycling, and compost across 20 to 40 multifamily communities, supervising a team of Service Valets and ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards of quality within the assigned territory. This role requires hands-on leadership, team supervision, and strong organizational skills to deliver seamless operations and exceed service expectations.

• Oversee the timely, safe and efficient collection of trash, recycling, and compost for assigned apartment communities, consistently meeting the high service standards expected by our clients
  
• Provide training on company procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and best practices, while instilling our mission of delivering exceptional service
  
• Supervise and lead teams effectively, with the ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery while prioritizing critical operational needs
  
• Manage schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high team productivity
  
• Review key operational metrics, swiftly identify inefficiencies or service quality issues, and implement targeted solutions that drive improvement
  
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically, fostering a positive associate experience and inspiring, engaging, and motivating associates to collaborate and succeed
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any safety incidents
  
• Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts, collaborate with clients, and support recovery efforts in areas outside assigned territory when needed
  
  Responsibilities include service operations, team support, additional responsibilities, and qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and physical requirements such as lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors in changing weather conditions.

  The final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set, and may fall outside the listed range.
  Required qualifications include being legally authorized to work in the United States and having a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include being able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures and comfortably lifting 50lbs.
