Immediate need for inbound customer service ambassador seeking pay
increase at 3 months, business casual dress code and benefits.
Multi-tasking, problem solving and focus will be keys to success in

answering calls, data entry and research for Government and Public

It's located in North Central Austin with opportunities and a
rewarding atmosphere! The ideal candidate will be able to answer a
high volume of Inbound customer calls and provide professional
customer service to our Austin citizens.
Excellent customer service skills is a MUST with a desire to meet
and exceed customer and company expectations. Minimum of 2 years
customer service experience required.
Proficient Multi-tasking skills: listen, comprehend, research,
document and respond to customer request effectively and in a
timely manner.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two (2) years of Customer Service Experience
Must have a clear 10 year criminal background
Must have reliable transportation to North/ Central Austin
