CT Tech Job Description

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team at Methodist FSER Potranco, where you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and providing exceptional patient care.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform CT scans on patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, with attention to detail and a focus on patient safety
* Position patients correctly and prepare them for scans, using knowledge of anatomy and technical factors
* Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and other equipment with precision and accuracy
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques

**Requirements:**

* Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
* State registration as a Radiologic Technologist or Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
* Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
* Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift and move patients as needed
