Travel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:NoneGuidehouse is seeking Application Review Specialists to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The Application Review Specialist will be responsible for reviewing customer -provided information/applications. The Application Review Specialist will be expected to review/audit/update documents with a commitment to process in a deadline driven environment. As the review program is already established and underway, new personnel will have access to program standard operating procedures and compliance checklists to develop understanding of the review processes and best practices. The Application Support Specialist will be expected to have a commitment to providing a high-level of customer service via inbound and outbound calls.What You Will Need:

• High School diploma OR GED
• One (1) year or more of experience working in a customer service environment
• Ability to obtain Public TrustWhat Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Process-orientated and proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering success in repeatable processes/outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing MS SharePoint and Adobe PDF interfaces.
  • Ability to respond to time-sensitive task requests.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience implementing processes and ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
