We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal parts that meet quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture metal components.


Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.


Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency.


Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).


Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.


Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.


Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.



Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing setting.


Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.


Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming is a plus.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


Standing, bending, and working on machines for extended periods.
