Job Summary:

The Director of High Net Worth Solutions serves as a strategic advisor and resource for financial professionals working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This role combines advanced financial planning, portfolio strategy, and team leadership to deliver customized solutions that address complex wealth management needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Advisor Support & Client Strategy

• 
  
• 
  Provide comprehensive, consultative support to financial advisors serving HNW clients.
  
  
• 
  Integrate investment management, financial planning, alternative investments, life insurance, and other services into cohesive client strategies.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate across departments to address client needs such as estate planning, tax strategy, succession planning, and philanthropy.
  
  
  
  2. Technical Expertise & Analysis
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Deliver expert guidance on investment allocation, risk management, retirement planning, and estate/trust design.
    
    
  • 
    Stay informed on market trends, product developments, and regulatory updates to support advisor recommendations.
    
    
  • 
    Leverage external partnerships and internal resources to enhance the client service offering.
    
    
    
    3. Team Leadership
    
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Lead and manage a team of junior financial planners providing planning support to advisors.
      
      
    • 
      Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to support professional development and team effectiveness.
      
      
    • 
      Promote succession planning and help grow future leaders within the department.
      
      
      
      
      Skills & Qualifications:
      
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Strong knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy.
        
        
      • 
        Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with financial advisors and high-net-worth clients.
        
        
      • 
        Experience in managing teams and developing junior talent.
        
        
      • 
        Strong analytical skills and ability to develop complex, multi-faceted financial strategies.
        
        
      • 
        Familiarity with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
