Job Description:
Job Description Essential/Primary Job Duties:
Responsible for accounts payable for FNBT, FHNB, FCS/DPI/LP and
FCBI
Compile, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and approvals
using Concur Invoicing Program
Review and process employee and Petty Cash Card reimbursements
using Concur Expense Premier
Assist the Accounting Department with vendor account
information
Open and distribute mail
Make employee reservations for airfare, car rental and hotel
arrangements using Concur Travel Program
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for
extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
