Job Description:
Description:The desktop support technician will be joining this
Global Executive Support team. They will be responsible for
addressing any technical issues that arise with the executives
sitting in their Austin location. This person will be responsible
for providing technical support including hardware and software
laptop troubleshooting, maintaining the conference rooms and will
be required to support meetings and presentations. This person
needs to have a high level of professionalism, aptitude to learn
and provide excellent customer service.This person will be
responsible for:- Providing support to the executives at the client
in Austin (Directors, VPs and C-level)- They will support QBR
meetings- This person will be in the room for high level strategy
meetingsTechnologies they use:- Windows 10 and 11 OS- O365-
Crestron for their AV hardware- They do not have a ticketing system
for this team. The executives reach out via Teams or email, via
