Job Description:

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will assist our customers by phone and email to troubleshoot issues and gather information to learn more about their needs and expectations. You will work to explain possible solutions, confirm issue resolution and ensure clients feel supported in using Reynolds and Reynolds products and services. We have several entry-level positions for those who enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.
