The Senior MES Analyst will conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide MES systems across functional areas.
Responsibilities

• Co-create MES strategy and roadmap
• Agile experience
• Manage backlog prioritization focused on plant's most important KPIs related to safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, and conformity.
• Requirements gathering and creation of user stories
• Support plant operation during rollout and daily work with the MES.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, data privacy, cybersecurity regulations, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate technical discussions and vendor negotiations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and senior stakeholders
• Represent IT on the Shop Floor Launch Committee which understands impact of changes to MES, controls and shop floor equipment and assess risk and coordination efforts needed.
  Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications
  • At least 1 year of lead experience
  • MES experience
