Position: Transportation Supervisor Location: Serving 30 counties
across Texas Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services is
required and two years' of related experience with children,
families, or contract management. We will provide training for the
rest!
About the Role: As a Transportation Supervisor, you'll play a key
role in supporting families in foster care by overseeing
transportation and visitation services. You'll manage the
scheduling and coordination of transports throughout the state,
work closely with transportation and permanency staff, and ensure
proper documentation of visits. You'll help build collaboration
with other child welfare stakeholders to promote the safety and
well-being of children. Supervisors also provide vital support to
staff in both everyday duties and crisis situations, helping teams
achieve their goals.
