We are a top real estate team in the area and we are looking for a Leasing Agent / First Time Homebuyer Specialist. The Leasing Agent/First-Time Homebuyer Specialist serves: assisting clients with rental properties and guiding first-time home purchases. This position demands expertise in both leasing processes and helping new homebuyers navigate their initial property purchase.



You will receive direct rental listing assignments from us, along with daily lead flow. This position requires frequent travel to show properties throughout the Austin area. The role involves a mix of office work and field work, with regular evening and weekend hours required for showings and client meetings. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple clients simultaneously.



Competitive Commission structure on successful home sales & leases

Responsibilities:
--- Market available properties across multiple platforms, including real estate websites, MLS, and social media
--- Conduct move-out inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and make-ready work with the Property Services Manager
--- Show rental properties to prospective tenants and assist with lease applications
--- Guide first-time homebuyers through the entire purchase process
--- Conduct property tours
--- Educate clients on local market conditions and property values
--- Assist with rental and purchase contract negotiations
--- Maintain relationships with mortgage lenders and other industry professionals
--- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records
--- Provide information about first-time homebuyer programs and financing options

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
--- Valid Texas Real Estate License
--- 2+ years experience in residential leasing or real estate sales
--- Strong knowledge of local rental and housing markets
--- Understanding of first-time homebuyer programs and FHA loans
--- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
--- Active membership in the Austin Board of REALTORS-- with MLS access
