Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
--- Be the first point of contact, comfort, and professionalism for
potential clients seeking help with divorce, custody, or
probate
--- Build rapport and help clients make the important life-changing
decision to move forward with our legal team
--- Guide them through the consultation and intake process with
empathy and clarity
--- Help match clients with the right attorney and secure signed
agreements
--- Track leads, follow up diligently, and close deals with
precision and heart
--- Collaborate with a passionate team that believes in making a
real difference and do whatever is needed to support the team
because you're in it, not just for yourself -- you're in it for the
mission
Qualifications:
What You Bring
--- At least 5 years of commission-based sales experience
--- A passionate desire to help families, especially in cases
involving child custody or domestic violence, and to help children
and the elderly
--- High moral and ethical standards-no exceptions
--- The ability to remain positive and professional under
pressure
--- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever
needed
--- Excellent communication skills, especially when emotions are
high
--- A naturally positive outlook on life
--- Commitment to a professional appearance and demeanor
