Seeking a Corporate Account Manager to drive customer success and growth in the State, Local, and Education segment, leveraging next-generation endpoint technology.

CrowdStrike is a leading provider of endpoint security solutions, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers in the State, Local, and Education segment are successful and thriving with our technology.

This is a full sales cycle role that requires a strong understanding of our customers' needs and a ability to balance discovery of upsell and cross-sell opportunities with timely renewals. You will work closely with our Renewals team to ensure seamless contract renewals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid-remote role that requires occasional in-office visits for team building and collaboration. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our SLED clients and will be responsible for managing the contract renewal cycle, identifying whitespace in accounts, and creating value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing the contract renewal cycle from scheduling initial meetings through negotiation, contract changes, and signature
  • Identifying whitespace in accounts and creating value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells
  • Consulting with existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio
  • Developing and executing account strategies and plans to maximize account growth
  • Providing high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues
  • Delivering feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements


    Requirements include:


    • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience
    • 1+ year of experience selling into SLED/Public Sector segment
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role
    • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment
    • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations
